Settling in for the First Night
We're here in Juan Tomas. We're safe, but we're tired. Half of our team was overwhelmed with excitement to see old friends. The other half took in all the new experiences as we traveled from the airport in Santo Domingo to the small village we're staying at.
Pray for us tonight as we get unpacked and as we reflect on the first chapter of James (the book we'll be looking at this week in devotionals). Pray also for our relationships. Pray that we would share a beautiful unity that accurately reflects who we are in Christ Jesus.
We love you all... and all 18 of us are safe and sound! :-)
